How To Make Bbq Beef Ribs In The Oven

Watch Me Make These Oven Baked BBQ Beef Ribs From Start To Finish!

My sister and I are always stuck making the beef ribs for family gatherings, for some reason. Maybe it’s because we make really great oven-baked beef ribs. To be honest, we don’t know what we’re doing and our oven-baked ribs used to be really inconsistent.

Here’s how the conversation would go. My sister calls me up:

Sister: For {insert any occasion}, Mama wants you to prepare beef ribs.

Me: No she doesn’t. You are well aware that she requested that you make them.

Sister: Yes, but I don’t want to. So, I’ll buy them and let you make them ok.

Me: Umm…no ma’am!

Sister: Ok I’ll drop them off.

Me: I’m not even at home, so please, Shon, don’t bring those ribs over here. (total lie).

Sibling: Alright, I’ll simply leave them by the door, okay? Byeee. Thank you so much, baby! (And before I can reply, she hangs up.)

Come this way if you just really want some ribs and don’t want to spend three hours slow roasting them or tending to a grill.

It doesn’t get any simpler than that. The worst part is chopping the ribs into pieces if you purchase a rack and having to wait for them to cool before eating them. I have the burns on my fingers to prove it….

Though the meat didn’t fall off the bone like perfectly cooked short ribs would, it was delicious and had my favorite BBQ sauce baked on top. It was exactly what I had been craving. We had a great time eating those ribs with our friends, and I’ve been making this recipe ever since.

In that scene, we find out that Alex just eats ribs while Penny speaks fluent Italian while intoxicated.

I’m just going to stop here and tell BBQ fans to move on before we begin. This recipe is going to make you so angry.
